DepositsDeposit Due - The non-refundable deposit for the trip is $200.00 per person and is due within five days of initiating your room request.
- Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to your total room costs and is due upon your request for a room.

PaymentsDue DatesPayment Due Date #1 = Tuesday, April 30, 2019 (50% of Balance Due) - You MUST pay 50% of your total room costs no later than April 30, 2019.
Payment Due Date #2 = Friday, June 28, 2019 (Final Payment Due) - Your room MUST be paid in full by Friday, June 28, 2019.

Refunds / CancellationsDeadlinesDEADLINE #1 = Non-Refundable Deposit Your initial deposit of $200.00 per person will not be refunded after the initial deposit has been made. If you cancel after this deposit is made, you will not be refunded for the payments you made to reserve a room in the wedding room block. DEADLINE #2 = May 1, 2019 – June 28, 2019 You will be refunded the payments you made between May 1, 2019 – June 28, 2019, minus your non-refundable deposit, as long as you cancel your room BEFORE JUNE 28TH. If you cancel after this deadline you will be refunded 50% of the payments you have made. Canceling your trip AFTER June 28, 2019 (Final Payment Due Date): If you cancel after June 28th, you will forfeit 100% of your payments. However, if you previously purchased LeisureCare trip insurance when you first signed up for the trip, and you are canceling due to a qualified condition, you will have to file a claim with LeisureCare Trip Insurance and go through that process. |
