This event is for the Wedding Party only. 

We will start approximately at 5pm. We will go to the ceremony site, then the Welcome Party so come already dressed. Afterwards, we shall turnupeth at a local restaurant and or club. Be sure to get some rest as the Bridal Party will have an early start!

Your presence is requested at the I'm Black and I'm Proud Welcome Party 

This event is more of a meet and greet and for Kotarah and Juan to show you all some love before the big day.  

When: Wednesday November 4, 2020

Time: 6 pm to 7pm.

Location: At the Pandero Terrace (it is located right in front of the Ipanema restaurant, Brazilian restaurant)  

Attire: African Inspired. Please wear your African Attire as we are turning Hard Rock all the way out and showing our Black Hand Side!

Light refreshements will be served with an open bar.  

Please note that Kotarah rarely ever is late, so the doors will open at 6pm and the party will definitely start approximately at 6:10pm.

Kotarah and the Bridesmaid, Bridesman, Mother of the Bride and Wedding Technologist will meet for breakfast at approximately 9am. The tentative schedule will go as follow:

9:30 am - Meet up for Breakfast

10:30 am - Make-up at POSH located on the 2nd Floor at Heaven for: Kotarah, Bunmi, Anjie (Robert)

11:30 am - Make-up at POSH located on the 2nd Floor at Heaven for: Sonya, Aja, Dana, Vivian, Kay:

12:30 pm- Getting Readies in Kotarah's suite (Kotarah, Bunmi, Anjie,Dana, Robert) Sonya and Kay can get ready either in your room or Kotarah's suite. If you get ready in your room, be back at Kotarah's suite by 12:30pm for pictures.

1:15 pm - Kay and the Bridal Party Prep to walk to the Ceremony site

Time TBD-- Jeremiah, Baby Banjo pick up Kotarah
