We encourage our guests to plan ahead their travel and accommodation arrangements to ensure availability and to take advantage of the room block discount.

Punta Cana International Airport is the best airport for travelling to the Hard Rock Hotel. The airport is just a short 25 minute ride to the hotel. Depending on how many other flights arrive at the time of yours, you might need to wait from 30-2hr at immigration lines.

Click on "WEBSITE" below to make room reservations. For your convenience, we have reserved a limited block of rooms at Hard Rock Punta Cana Resort at a special rate for our guests. In order to take advantage of this special rate and be allowed at the wedding events, you must make reservations through our room block link no later than February 28th, 2023. ***PLEASE NOTE: Using 3rd party agencies such as Expedia or even Hard Rock's website to make reservations is not permitted and will incur in surcharges by the hotel. Per Hotel policy, there is a 3 nights minimum. Full payment is not required upon reservation and payment modifications can be made at anytime. Travel dates for the discount rate are from June 6th until June 14th, 2023. We urge our guests to make their room reservations ASAP if they are planning to attend in order to save their space and room. Hotel day passes are not allowed for wedding events.

Guests have many transportation options to choose from to arrive to the hotel from the airport and roundtrip. We recommend these two transportation options: 1) Hard Rock transportation, shared transportation $40 per person round trip OR Private transportation $106 for up to 6 ppl. Travel Note

When booking your hotel accommodations, keep in mind there is a minimum of 3 nights in order to take advantage of room block discount. You may book up to 4 people per room, but additional room categories are available if you are interested. Notify Julissa if you have 4 adults in one room as you'll need to book through her. Children 3 years old and under are free! Hard Rock is an enormous facility with tons of amenities. We would love for our guest to not only participate at our wedding events but also take full advantage of the resort and its amazing amenities. Make sure you have a valid passport for 6 months before entering the island. One last tip of advice, when packing your bags make sure you pack comfortable shoes for walking around the huge grounds of the resort and bring plenty of sunscreen since it's expensive to buy it there and our Dominican sun is no joke!
