What should I wear? What is the dress code?
Elegant beach attire is encouraged! Our welcome dinner will be outside, so plan to wear cocktail tropical attire. The ceremony will be on the beach outside (weather permitting), so plan to wear cocktail semi-formal attire. The reception will be in a ballroom inside by the lobby area.

What is the weather going to be like?
Expect tropical and hot weather in June at Punta Cana. Temperatures range from 77°F to 87°F (25°C-31°C). Bring plenty of sunscreen for your trip!

How much are rooms per night?
Single Occupancy: $385/night. Double Occupancy: $429/night. Extra Adult: $104/night. Children 4-12yrs: $49/night. Children 3 years old and under are free. These rates include all taxes and gratuities, and all-inclusive experience (food, beverage, entertainment, and more). Maximum occupancy for this rate is 4 adults or children per room. Per hotel policy, there is a minimum of 3 nights per reservation. Full payment is not required upon reservation, only a $200 deposit to save your room. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. You are able to edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time. We urge our guests to make their reservations ASAP if they are planning to attend in order to save their room and space. Higher room categories are available if interested.
What is the reservation deadline?
Guests must make room reservations no later than Februay 28th, 2023 to ensure room availability and take advantage of the room block discount. Rooms availability and discounted prices outside of the deadline cannot be guaranteed. Rooms available after February 28th will be at the best available rate and will be based on Hotel's availability. Hard Rock tends to sellout in June, so plan in advance if you are planning to attend.

Are there higher room categories?
Yes, absolutely! Please contact Julissa.oquendo1@gmail.com for pricing on higher category rooms such as Islander Junior Suite and Rock Family 1 & 2 Bedroom Suite.
How do I arrange my shuttle round trip transportation from the airport to the hotel?
You have many options for ground transporation. One of those is directly through the hotel. Schedule your transfer when you make room reservation or through this link:

Can I book my reservation through another agency or website?
No. Per hotel policy and in order to be part of the wedding events, guests must make reservations through the wedding booking link. The couple has negotiated discounted rates for their guests and to take advantage of these prices, reservations should be made through their booking link:

Please note that reservations made outside of this booking link will result in surcharges by the hotel for the guests attending the wedding events.
Are day-passes available?
No. Day passes are not available for guests attending a wedding event on the property. The couple chose carefully this beautiful 5 star property specifically for their guests so they have an unforgettable family and friends reunion and vacation experience.
What are the travel days to optain the room discount?
The room block is reserved for rate discount from Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 until Wednesday, June 14th, 2023
Are kids allowed?
Yes! Children under 3 years old and under are free!
Is there nanny services?
Yes! The resort provides babysitting services at $20 per hour, must be requested 24 hours in advance, and payment should be in cash to the nanny at the end of the service. In addition, Hard Rock Kids Club provides all day and night activities for the kids. Visit the Kids Club Website to learn more about the activities and open hours.
Can I bring a date?
Yes! You may bring a date and/or the entire family!
How big is the resort?
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana is one of the biggest resorts in the area with a total of 1775 guest rooms, 13 pools, 9 restaurants, night club, casino, on-going entertainment, all-inclusive luxury amenities, food, drinks, and so much more!

How can I rent a golf cart?
Email Vacation Planners at lipolanco@hrhcpuntacana.com to rent a golf cart to travel around the property. Carts are $105/day and can transport a maximum of 4 people.
Is there a wedding registry?
Your presence is the best gift. Julissa & Raul understand that travel to a destination wedding can be costly and do not require gifts. However, they will gladly accept gifts towards their honeymoon fund and wedding expenses.
What is the arrival & departure date of the Bride and Groom?
Julissa & Raul will be arriving to the hotel on Wednesday, June 7th and departing from the hotel on Thursday, June 15th, 2023.
