Final time for the Civil Ceremony is 5:00pm. Ceremony will be on the beach in front of Ipanema Restaurant. 

                  On your Hard Rock map, Ipanema is number 49 to the upper right hand side. 

                  (Shutte buses will transport you to Avalon 4)

 Cocktail hour 6:00pm - 7:00pm In front of the Avalon Ballroom 4

Dinner Reception is 7:00pm - 11:00pm in the Ballroom. As of now it's in Avalon 4
