You can book your flight through the travel agent, although it is not required. You may book a flight at anytime. They do not need booked the same time you book the room. I know some people were looking at the nonstop chartered flights so I have listed the days those are being offered as of right now for Pittsburgh and Cleveland. / Pittsburgh Airport - Sunday / Cleveland Airport - Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday / This means that you could do a 7 night stay, 5 night stay, or 4 night stay and still have nonstop charters when flying out of Cleveland.

Hotels

The entirety of our wedding weekend will be at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, so we would prefer our guests stay on the premises to make things convenient.

Shuttle

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino offers transportation to and from the airport upon booking. For those staying longer than 3 nights, transportation is included. For those staying 3 nights, there will be a fee for transportation to and from the airport. Uber is also available as a form of transportation in Punta Cana.
