Questions? Lets get those answered!

Are flights included? No, flights are not included. Typically, flights schedules show about 5-6 months prior. You will at that time be able to book your flight for Feburary 2025. You are free to fly with whatever airline you wish and do not have to book with our TA - however, if needing assistance with booking, our travel agent, Nashay, is open to assisting you.

Will I need a passport? Yes, Cancun, Mexico does require a passport to enter the country, for children as well. Please keep in mind that passports take 6-8 weeks to arrive. It is best that you get your passport as soon as possible to ensure it is back in time. You can also pay extra for expedited processing. (Note: if you are someone who recieves SNAP benefits, there are fees that will be waived to receive a passport if needed, take advantage!) 

Can we bring a plus one? It depends. If you are bringing a plus one (that is not already on our guest list), there is a charge to include them in the festitivies at the resort. Our guestlist is very specific and if they are not already on the guest list, they will incur those fee to support the added cost for participating in the ceremony, reception, any welcome or cocktail parties, etc put on by the hotel. Plan for that and they are welcome to enjoy themselves with us!

Is the resort kid friendly? Absolutely! Kids are welcome. There are a bunch of kid-friendly activities for your child(ren) to take part in. Please check out the resort website for more details on that. 

What is All Inclusive really mean? Hard Rock Hotels All Inclusive Resort is truly all inclusive. Meaning, all of your food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are included in your stay. In addition, any activities or amenities that the resort offers, you will be able to take part in at no-cost. The spa does cost but as our guest, you will be given a $100 credit with a minimum 3-nights stay. The experiences are the only thing that you may incur a charge for which varies based on experience. (Dolphin Interactions, Boat Tours, Zip Lining, etc.)
