How soon should I book my room?

We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your room.

We have a room block secured until July 10th. After this you have until August 10th to book with the group rate, but availability is not guaranteed. 

What date should I RSVP by?

August 1, 2024.

Is there a booking deadline for the group rate?

Our room block is reserved until July 10, 2024.

The discount is available until August 10th through the link, but rooms are subject to availability and not guaranteed (we recommend reserving your room as soon as possible!).  

**Please note there is a 3-night minimum stay for the group rate. 

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

All guests are asked to stay on property for our wedding weekend. Travel to and from the airport is provided by the Hard Rock hotel as an added option when booking.

There are options for a shared shuttle that only services the Hard Rock Los Cabos or private transport through the booking link. 

If you use another transport, please contact Hard Rock for access requirements as the gate is about 1 mile from the hotel and unauthorized vehicles are not permitted past this point. 

Are kids allowed?

Yes! Hard Rock Los Cabos is a family friendly resort but please note there are some rooms and areas that are adult only. 

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

All wedding events will be outdoors or partially indoors.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

This is a beach wedding so semi-formal beachy attire.

**October is expected to be in the high 80's so make sure to dress accordingly. 

Have you reserved blocks of rooms?

Yes. All bookings must be made through the link provided. 

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence is our gift. Time with our friends and family is the most valuable thing we can ask for, which is why we ask all guests to stay on property and enjoy a variety of activities together.

Is Hard Rock an all-inclusive resort?

Yes, your food, drinks and use of the hotel is all included in your room rate. You can access the restaurant dining information at https://hotel.hardrock.com/los-cabos/eat-and-drink.aspx
