-How do I book a room?

You will need to email our travel agent to book a room. His information is under the "Travel" tab. 

-When is the best time to book the hotel room?

Travel Tuesday will be the best time to book your room!! This is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and hotels have amazing deals! Normally they discount rooms by $100 a night! You will need to email Krete that week to put down a deposit and secure the rate.

-Do I have to stay at the Hard Rock?

Yes, otherwise you have to purchase a day pass each day you come to the Hard Rock. 

-What days should I book?

We reccomend going October 9th-October 13th!!

-Can I bring a plus one?

Yes!! Just make sure you add them when you RSVP!

-How do I book a flight?

Around April we can start to book flights. You can do it on your own or our travel agent can help you book the flights. Cheapest flights are 6-3 months out! 

-Are there payment plans available? 

When you book with the travel agent you will need to make a deposit. The deposit is $100 per person in each room. (not including kids) You then need to pay for the room in full two months before you leave. You make payments whenever you want, there is no set payment schedule. 

-Do I need a passport?

Yes! You will also need to fill out an E-ticket a week before you leave. Your airline will give you information on how to fill this out.
