How do I make a reservation?

What type of room should I get? 

We recommend Caribbean SAND Suite OR Caribbean DIAMOND rooms. These room types are closest to the beach and should have you co-located with the Bride/Groom.  (Both have King or Double Beds available)

 

What are the travel dates? 

The Bride & Groom recommend arriving to the resort on February 10th.  

The wedding is scheduled at 4pm on February 12th.

You are welcome to stay as long as you'd like after the wedding!  

The Bride/Groom will be leaving for their honeymoon on February 15th. 

When do I need to make a reservation by? 

Rooms must be reserved by  01NOV2025. 

 

What are the payment options? 

You have a choice to place a $200 deposit upon booking OR Pay In Full. 

Final payment is automatically charged to the credit card on file 60-days prior to check-in. 

 

Can I modify my reservation after booking? 

YES!

Through the confirmations, you can change dates, modify room categories, change the names of passengers,  etc.

If changing the final payment credit card - recommend changing the card on file ONE WEEK before the final payment. (60 days before check-in)

 

Changes / Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations received before November 11, 2025 have no penalty.

Cancellations on or after November 12, 2025 will incur $200 penalty.

Cancellations on or after December 12, 2025 will incur 50% penalty.

Cancellations on or after January 11, 2026 will incur 100% penalty.
