How Do I Book My Room?

Is The Hotel All Inclusive?

Yes. The Hard Rock Punta Cana includes all of your food and drinks including alcoholic beverages at no additional cost during your stay.

Can I Bring My Children?

Yes. Children are welcome to come along and attend the ceremony as well. There is no cost for children ages 4-17 staying at the resort as long as they have a paying adult in the room with them. The resort is kid friendly and there are many activities to choose from to keep them occupied. Child care and babysitting is also offered at the resort so you can have your fun too.

What Does "Shared Roundtrip Transfer" Mean When I Book My Room?

Shared Roundtrip Transfer is van transportation from the airport in Punta Cana to the Hard Rock Hotel upon your arrival, and transportation from the Hotel back to the airport in Punta Cana. It is NOT transportation back to your hometown. The cost per person is $30.00.

What is included in my room?

All rooms on the resort have 5 star accommodations including: stylish decor, luxury amenities, double hydro spa tub, stunning views, private balconies, 24 hour room service and free WiFi. All rooms are non-smoking. Accessible rooms are available upon request.

What does "all-inclusive" actually include?

All-inclusive on this resort includes: Daily and nightly entertainment (Theme parties, shows, contests, concerts, and live performances), Top shelf alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, land sports, fitness center with instructor, Vegas-style casino, 18-hole golf course, all food and snacks, poolside service, unlimited phone calls to US and Canada, free internet on resort computers, volleyball and water aerobics.

Can I bring my pets to the hotel?

The resort does welcome dogs and cats ONLY with their own Pet Hotel on premises. However, only 2 pets per room at a rate of $150 USD (deep cleaning fee) per pet. Weight limit of 50 lbs. Domestic animals are not permitted to the wedding ceremony.

What is NOT included?

Spa services, optional tours, golf caddies, and Rock Shop items are not included. Massages booked ahead of time are recommended.

What do I expect at Check-in?

Upon your arrival to the resort, a vss as lid passport or ID is needed. Check-in time is after 3:00pm. Check-out time is before 12:00 pm. Please be mindful of time zones. Adjust your time accordingly.

What if I arrive BEFORE 3:00pm?

Early check-in is subject to availability. If you come early, you must go to the front desk and they will provide you with a wristband that gives you access to the hotel grounds and restaurants. The staff will safeguard your luggage and notify you when your room is ready.

How far is the airport from the hotel?

The Punta Cana Int'l Airport is 30 minutes away from the Hard Rock Hotel.

What is there to eat?

The resort is home to 9 restaurants that compliment 23 bars and lounges. Restaurants range from Italian, Brazilian, Asian, Mexican, Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisines to Sushi, pizza, and an ice cream parlor. A sweets and coffee house is available along with 24-hour room service. Reservations are highly recommended at most restaurants. Dress code is resort casual. No wet clothes, visible bathing suits or flip-flops.

Why are there no traditional items on your registry?

We are blessed. We don't request any traditional registry items. Although, NOT REQUIRED our registry is geared towards the wedding and honeymoon itself. From the flowers, cake, DJ, photographer, to the honeymoon activities for two. We greatly appreciate you sharing in our day!

What is the weather like in Punta Cana?

The Hard Rock Punta Cana is located on the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic along Macao beach. The weather is warm all year round. In the month of June, the average high is around 87 degrees, and the average low is around 77 degrees. It is typically hot, humid and damp. Tropical all year round. Wind speed around 12 mi/hr. Located on the beach, the water temperature is about 82 degrees.

Pools?

The Hard Rock Punta Cana is home to 11 pools, 4 swim-up bars, a kids pool, flume water slides and a lazy river. Poolside service and snacks are available as well as beach towels at no extra cost
