When can I start the booking process? ¿Cuándo puedo comenzar el proceso de reserva?

You can book your room now! However, if you would rather wait to book you room and flight together this feature will become available approximately 330 days prior to the wedding date. This would put it sometime in early April. There is a countdown on the homepage to see exact number of days left before the wedding date. It is not necessary to book the room/flight together as there is no flight discount, so if you wanted to book the room now you can do so. If you choose to book the room now, you will be responsible for booking your flight separately. Rooms are based on hotel availability, so booking earlier is recommended to ensure your room preference. There is no minimum nights required, but we recommend at least 3 nights so you can make the most out of this vacation.

When do I need to RSVP/book by? ¿Cuándo tengo que confirmar la asistencia/reservar?

As mentioned above, rooms are based on hotel availability, so booking earlier is recommended to secure a room and your room preference. Booking will close around the RSVP date of November 1, 2025. Reach out to Brandon if you need more time or accommodations.

How does the pricing work? ¿Cómo funciona el precio?
It is an all-inclusive resort and the price you see on our links is the discounted pricing for our wedding group. The prices are per hotel room per night, not per person.

Is there a dress code? ¿Hay un código de vestimenta?
Semi-formal Wedding Attire: Tuxes/suits and gowns not required and are completely optional. Feel free to get creative with your attire! We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to dress fun and enjoy an outdoor party.

The ceremony will be held inside a chapel on resort grounds, but the cocktail hour and reception will be held outside. Keep in mind the warm temperatures of Riviera Maya, but none of the events will be held on the beach.
