We are so thrilled that you are able to join us and our family to start our journey as husband and wife. Here are some friendly reminders & FAQs for your travels: 

• Save this webpage! Click the top left "wedding" arrow (three lines if on mobile)for a drop down with RESORT MAP and TRAVEL Information.

•  Bride and Groom will provide you with the weekly calendar of events upon your arrival which will include all happenings resort wide. 

• Average temps in February for Mexico are from 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit with water temperatures around 80 degrees Fahrenheit. 

• No need to pack towels as they are available at the resort. 

• Your mini fridge and room service are always available free of charge, so never feel like you have to rush around for meals or snacks. P.S. There is a hidden eatery (Moondoe) in Woodward that has delcious cheesesteaks.

• Also free of charge are several activities including: biking, snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, skateboarding, water parks (Woodward and Rockaway Bay) and Body Rock gym amenities. 

• You can hop on a golf cart any time to shorten your walking time to/from your room. 

• Sign up for Hard Rock Rewards! If you present your rewards number at the time of check in, this trip will count toward reward points for future reservations and offers from the resort and affiliated restaurants, casinos, etc.

• Masks DO have to be worn in crowded public areas (i.e lobby, shopping). Subject to change at any time (see FAQs for Covid protocol).

 

FAQs: 

Is a Covid Vaccine and/or test required to travel? 

NO! There is no mandate to travel at this time. However, for reentry into the United States, all travelers are required to provide a negative COVID-19 test. Hard Rock Resort has generously provided all guests one test to be used for checkout.  PLEASE CHECK: https://www.hardrockhotels.com/riviera-maya/covid-testing.aspx FOR ANY FUTHER COVID RELATED QUESTIONS.

 

Will there be allergen friendly and non-alcoholic options? 

YES! Hard Rock Resort is well equip to accommodate all customized needs of each guest. Bride and groom have also incorporated such options at each scheduled event. 

 

Is there an extra charge for dinners or events on the itinerary? 

NO! Hard Rock Resort is an all-inclusive resort. Any of your dinner reservations booked on your own time or enjoyed with the wedding party will be free of charge. Any upgrades to rooms and/or to menus at the scheduled events are covered by the bride and groom to make your stay more enjoyable. Cheers! What is the wedding ceremony attire? 

If you look great, you feel great! Make sure you’re confident in your attire to participate in photos. There is no right or wrong answer in your choice of clothing.
