IMPORTANT! ALL HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE WITH TRAVEL CONCEPTS, OUR TRAVEL COORDINATOR, VIA WEBPAGE OR DIRECT CONTACT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Our group rate and room holds will be available for any dates between 1/12/22 and 1/19/22.
You may book your flights separately at any time. If you prefer to wait, you will still be able to use any airline points/miles towards reward flights with an air+hotel package booked through Travel Concepts (Ashley).
Dates outside the group hold dates provided is subject to availability and rate is not guaranteed. Regardless of your dates, you will still be required and able to work with Denise for hotel (air optional).

How should I RSVP?
Our preferred RSVP method is via this website on our Wedding homepage (click "Wedding" at the top of any page). Of course if you prefer to email, text, call or send in the formal RSVP card in your wedding invitation, please choose what works best for you!
When should I RSVP by?
All travel reservations should be booked/confirmed by 10/31/2021 through Travel Concepts (see travel page). All RSVPs should be submitted by 10/8/21 to determine if additional hotel rooms are needed.
Can I bring a +1?
Yes!
Can I bring my family/children to the resort?
Yes! There are special deals available for children in your party to discuss with our wedding travel coordinator. For example, children 17 and under stay free with a paid adult (1 each).
Have hotel room blocks been reserved?
Yes!
Am I able to arrive earlier or stay later than the scheduled dates?
Yes! Please work directly with the wedding travel coordinator for your specific requests but note our block of rooms is only for the week of 1/12/22 - 1/19/22 and availability outside those dates may vary.
What are the dates for the full wedding schedule?
The first event, the Welcome Reception, will be on Friday, 1/14/22, and begin at 6pm. The final event, the Farewell Breakfast, will be on Monday, 1/16/22, and begin at 9am.
Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

What is the dress code?

Are there age restrictions for any events?
Please see the Schedule of Events page for details regarding any age restrictions for each individual event. A quick FYI is children of all ages are welcome at the Welcome Reception and Farewell Breakfast. For the wedding ceremony and reception, everyone 14+ are welcome!
Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?
The actual wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on the beach.
