Our story!

 

We are so excited and honored to announce our wedding news to you beautiful folks! As far as a little Introduction to our Love Story, here it goes-

Where do we begin, we met each other in a class at the University of Washington. Our interest in the same field of studies seemed to have helped us to steer towards each other. Not to mention, Lane was my tutor. We became good friends and at one point shared so many common interests like playing video games and grocery shopping.  Food was always a factor 😆 We started getting closer and closer to each other as best friends and this helped our relationship grow immensely. We always had a connection deeper to the point where even our friends felt it. However, the fear of culture clashes and the thought of it not working out due to different backgrounds/ethnicities held us back. As the realization hit, that it didn’t matter anymore, our relationship held more value and decided to give us a chance.  All the cultural norms did not mean anything as our relationship meant much more. Forwarding to now, our relationship is much stronger and brighter, our love has grown, our life together is filled with prosperity and happiness, which has led it to #MikaMergedToLane ❤️
