When do we have to RSVP by?
We completely understand that everyone has jobs, lives and things that may prevent you from attending. But because this is a destination wedding, we need you to RSVP as soon as possible. We are only allowed to invite a set number of guests to the ceremony and reception, if you can not attend I'm sure someone would love to attend in your place.
Your booked room will be considered your RSVP (we have access to a sheet that lets us know who is booked).
You are more than welcome to bring along anyon you'd like to stay in your room with you, we want this to be a vacation for you too! But only invited guests will be able to attend the ceremony and reception.
Can we book our room directly with Hard Rock?

We only have a specific number of rooms blocked. Please don't wait until the last minute to book your rooms because we might have to try to get more if we run out. It is only a $100 per person deposit and payments can be made as you wish.
All rooms must be booked and paid in full by July 24, 2023.

When should we arrive?
Most guests are doing a Friday-Monday stay, but it is totally up to you!

What if we decide to stay elsewhere?
If you are not stay at the Hard Rock, the hotel will charge you a daypass fee of $132 per person that you will be responsible for in order to attend our wedding and reception.
Can we bring our children?
Yes and no. You are welcome to bring along anyone you'd like to stay with you and enjoy your vacation! Our ceremony and reception though, will only allow specifically invited guests and no children will be allowed.

How do we get from the airport to the hotel?
When booking your room through our link, there is an option to add on either private or shared transportation (recommended). You are also welcome to Uber if you'd like, but keep in mind that the hotel is about 45 minutes away from the airport.
If you are planning on leaving the resort to go to Downtown Cabo, you will only be able to take a taxi or private transportation set up through the hotel. The resort is on a gated compound and Ubers are not allowed in without hotel guests inside the vehicle.
Is Mexico safe?
We specifically picked this resort for it's safety. It is located on the beach within a guard gated compound, you can only enter if you are staying at one of the resorts inside the gates (Hard Rock, Nobu or the privately owned condos).
Cabo is considered the "Beverly Hills" of Mexico. It's the most expensive and safest city to stay in and was declared one of the safest tourist destinations by the World Travel and Tourism Council.
