Luciano and Elizabeth met in the winter of 2019 during a Tinder swipe-athon.  They made their relationship official on the Wharf in Washington DC.  They've spent the last four years together walking parks all over the tristate, enjoying great food and wine, salsa dancing, long weekend getaways, and very frequent, long dinner table talks.  Four years later, Luciano asked Elizabeth to be his wife back on the Wharf.
