Their journey began one cold Friday night - just the two of them had showed up for Jiujitsu that day. Later they realized that they had a mutual appreciation for metal music through social media. He casually sent her a message and broke the ice. Their first intentional meet-up was in a crowded, tiny Irish pub where they had to shout to hear each other. They quickly became friends and workout partners who found themselves inseparable as the days went by. One day, in a Stop and Shop parking lot, she looked over at him and asked "Are we a couple?" The answer was a resounding YES.  Within three months they set out on their first international adventure together. So launched a non-stop series of adventures and travel together. Just shy of three years later he asked her "Will you Marry me?" She had no hesitation when she held him tight and said YES.
