1. We are working with Enchanted Honeymoons Travel Advisor – Josh Martinez. Josh is a family friend of Katy’s and has worked to get everyone great rates and make this experience as simple and easy as possible!

     a. You must book the room with Josh to be part of the wedding group/events. Blocked rooms are for 3 adults max - the best rates apply to 2 adults per room (about $1,250 total per adult for 5 nights). There is a 3 night minimum - Josh has all the per person rates for your unique circumstances. If you are single, we would highly recommend finding a +1 to share the room with, because the total amount paid per person is cut in about half going from 1 to 2 people per room (we do not care who your +1 is as long as they are awesome!).

          i. Josh can take care of the whole trip (room and airfare) or just the room – your choice.

2. The Hard Rock is a family resort and if you would like to bring your kids, please do - however, we hope you will understand we politely request no children for the wedding day events (Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club is available for 4-12 year olds).

 

3. Please RSVP with the button above, we will use the email you provide to communicate all the wedding fun! We plan to do a group event on Saturday and maybe another day (Friday or Monday) - We will use the email and this website to update everyone when the plans get finalized. Our rates are blocked from Wednesday 10th to Wednesday 17th - so book whatever works best for your schedule in that period (3 night minimum)!

A) Caribbean Suite level
    1. This is the cheapest room level - comes with a garden view will be closer to the resort/casino and further from the beach

B) Caribbean Sand Suite level
    1) This is a little bit more and this comes with a garden or pool view - this room is closer to the beach

C) Caribbean Diamond level

    1) This is a little bit more from the Sand, and this comes with a garden or pool view - This room is closer to the beach

    2) Complementary beach bag!

These 3 above are very similar just about location: A = closer to the lobby/casio.  B and C = closer to the beach

 

D) Rock Royalty Caribbean Sand Suite
    1) This one is more about the extras and the partial ocean views - these rooms are the closest to the beach

If you have your heart set on a room level/bed style and we actually are out - Josh can still reach out and request it, you just have to wait about 48hrs to get it confirmed it is available for our contracted rate.
