JJ & Matt: A Timeline of Falling In Love Across America and Overseas

May 2019 - Our story begins in San Diego, California while we were both assigned to Mobile Unit Three.  Immediately bonded by friendship, mutual love of hockey and service to our country.  JJ would tell you it was love at first sight - she had a deep admiration for Matt's kindness, loyalty and crooked smile.  Matt would tell you he 'probably' fell in love on our first trip together to Boston, MA when we cheered on the Bruins in the Stanley Cup Finals. 

November 2019 - Challenged with Matt's relocation to the east coast, this was the first time we officially said "yes" to each other.
