HOW WE MET

Royce and Kayla met briefly at a friend’s birthday party in 2015, and after a month, to their surprise, they ended up in the same parking lot in Houston. They exchanged numbers, Kayla invited him to her birthday dinner, and Royce invited her to his house party the same night. Who knew that they were going to be inseparable after that special day?  

After 7 years of a loving relationship, Royce and Kayla were blessed with the greatest gift of their life; Kayla was pregnant!

THE PROPOSAL

During Royce and Kayla’s baby shower, Royce was very anxious, but Kayla just thought it was because he was about to find out the gender of their baby.

As the pink confetti dropped to the floor, Royce pulled out a small red gift bag and explained how he wanted to get Kayla a push present. In the bag, she found a Mercedes Benz key! Kayla ecstatically walked out to view her new car, but it didn’t stop there!

Right before she could get to her car door, he was handing her another card, and with that, Royce got down on one knee. Kayla was filled with so much emotion that she could only muster up a head nod, “Yes!”

After a year, Royce and Kayla are complete with their daughter Amari and isready to tie the knot! The future Mr. & Mrs. Parham are excited about their special day and can’t wait to celebrate with family and friends.
