What does All-Inclusive mean?
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort covers every sun-soaked moment of delectable dining, thrilling entertainment, exciting on-site recreation, even fine wine, and top shelf liquor. That is right. It is all included. All you have to do is get to the resort. After that, if you do not want to pay for anything else on your trip you do not have to.

Will I need a passport?
Yes. It will also need to be valid 6 months after the travel date.

What is needed to book my trip?
A refundable deposit is required at booking and payment plans are offered. Travel packages may be booked with or without airfare, airport transfers and travel insurance. Please reach out to our travel Consultant, Vicki Linberg at 214-448-0475 - call or text and vlinberg@expediacruises.com
When do I need to start booking my travel?
You can start now. We encourage everyone to book early if you can.
Do I have to book Flights and transportation with your Travel Consultant?
No, however we highly recommend you use our Travel Consultant to avoid any errors and for you to take full advantage of all the discounts.
Do I need to book my room through your Travel Consultant?

What happens if I am unable to attend the wedding?
We will miss you but understand things happen. There is a refundable window which will allow you to get funds back. Please reach out to our Travel Consultant, Vicki Linberg at 214-448-0475 - call or text and vlinberg@expediacruises.com
Is there a room block we need to book under?
Yes, we have a block of rooms at the Hard Rock Resort Punta Cana at a special wedding price which includes 2 kids free plus Hard Rock's Limitless Resort Credit.
What is limitless Resort Credit?
The Limitless Resort credit allows you to book activities and excursions at a highly discounted rate and this benefit is only available when booking through our room block. Thankfully, we booked during a promotional period which will allow all our guests to benefit when you book within our block. So if something does cost (Ex.- Excursion, Spa, Casino and Salon) all you pay is the 25 % service fee.
What are some examples of the limitless Resort Credit?
Horseback Riding priced at $114, with limitless Resort Credit you pay $28.50.
Caribbean Cruise priced at $289, with limitless Resort Credit you pay $72.25.
Dominican Experience priced at $109, with limitless Resort Credit you pay $27.25.
How long should I stay for?
You are free to choose how long you wish to stay. Our room block is from June 7th to June 13th of 2022.
Can we stay later than the room block dates?
Yes, however the room rates will not be guaranteed.
What does the bride and groom get with me booking in their room block?
Great question, for every number of days you book there will be comps that will apply to us. Therefore, it is especially important to book within our wedding room block. If you do not, we won’t get credit and it doesn’t count toward our comps and event hours earned.
What happens if I book outside of the wedding room block?
You will not be able to use the Limitless Resort Credit, nor do we get credit for your stay. You will also be charged to attend our wedding. This applies to not only booking outside of our room block but also if you stay at another resort/Airbnb. You will be required to pay for a guest pass as well as pay to get into our wedding and any other activities we have planned.
Can I bring a Plus 1?
We have gone back and forth on this and here is our answer. If you can get your significant other and kid(s) down to the Dominican Republic, we are more than happy to celebrate our wedding with you all.
What is the Dress Code for the wedding?
Please wear something dressy casual.
What to pack?
Other than necessities we recommend you bring your travel documents (printed or screenshot on phone), After sun gel, portable charger, Yeti/Bubba cups (resort fills them up and these cups keep drinks cold), Medication (headache, pepto, etc), snacks (favorite snacks), small bills (tips), comfy shoes (huge resort so lots of walking) and floaties for the pool (resort will inflate for free) and do not forget your sunblock (it is expensive in the DR).
What all do you have planned for your guests?
We will have a welcome party, of course wedding followed by a cocktail hour and reception.

Do you have a registry?
We don't have a traditional registry however we did find this amazing honeymoon registry that allows us to ask for gifts on our honeymoon and even decor for our wedding. Please check out our Honeymoon Registry on our wedding website.
