Our wedding will take place on Friday, May 24, 2019 at The Hard Rock Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This is a kid friendly, all inclusive resort. In order to book a trip for our wedding all guests must use the group booking we have set up through Kelley Austin with Cruise Planners. Please do not book your trip through any other source. You may choose to book your airfare on your own or through Kelley Austin. The group booking we have set up includes discounted hotel packages and limitless resort credits, as well as transportation to and from the airport and hotel. They are amazing to work with and make everything very easy. You must stay a minimum of three nights to get the wonderful discounted package that we have for you. If you are only going to stay three nights we suggest staying Thursday, May 23rd through Sunday, May 26th. However, you may arrive earlier and leave later if you want! The price to add on additional nights is at a slightly more discounted group rate. You will find all of the information on our travel and room choices below. Trips must be booked and deposit made by January 9, 2019. Upon calling Cruise Planners, you will need to tell Kelley that you are part of the Lyons/Goodman wedding and that you would like to put down your room deposit. If you are unsure if you can attend but would like more information about cost to determine if you can attend, please feel free to call her to discuss. Deposits will be due no later than January 9th, with final payments due on or before February 15, 2019. A passport is required to travel to Mexico. You will also need to know how your name is written on your passport when making the phone call to Kelley to book.
