It was a week full of birthday events for Marie all lined up to see for each day.  Kyle gave her the option to pick whatever gift she wanted each day but she chose to stick with his plan and follow the already dated gift of choice.  It was an early Tuesday morning and before work Kyle told Marie that she could open her present/card and that she had a massage awaiting her today at 3.  Marie decided to wait to open the card until she got home because that way Kyle would be out of bed.  So along went the day, the massage was pretty amazing, and then dinner plans were set for the night.  Marie got home and walked straight to the bathroom to freshen up, you know how fabulous you look after getting a massage haha!  Deciding to head to Bistro for dinner, Kyle said first she was to open the card.  Marie was certain it was a nice card with a Spa d'Athena certificate or something inside stating my daily gift...boy was she wrong.  The card was so incredibly sweet, and the hand written message opened up the flood gates...honestly didn't even catch on to what was happening!  So as the tears were flowing, Kyle got down on his knee and asked Marie to marry him.  I think the words were, "OMG, are you serious?!  Yes!"
