I met Renard at Chi Chi's years ago when I went out with my sister Tasha and a couple of our friends to celebrate my birthday. There was an older obnoxious guy flirting with us ladies buying us drinks and Renard later came over and spoke to me when the guy finally left our table. As soon as Renard approached our table I noticed him instantly because he was dressed very classy in a suede jacket with a white button up shirt and jeans. He introduced himself to me and gave me his number on a napkin and said, "if you want to go out with a real man call me." I liked his smile and saw that he had a pretty dimple in his cheek and the cutest chin cleft I've ever seen so I instantly found him attractive.

Renard was different from any guy that ever tried to talk to me before because he was confident, a bit cocky, but not abnoxious and he had a sort of swag about him. Next thing I knew he was singing karaoke unlike anyone I had ever heard sing at a karaoke night before. He not only knew all the words to the song, "My Girl," but he was looking directly at me while he sang it with a beautiful sultry voice. I couldn't believe my ears and his voice! I thought for sure he was singing to me until my sister Tasha later told me he was a regular and that was one of the songs he sung all the time...Lol!

I met Charna, who I call Poin, years ago. I met her at Chi Chi's where I went regularly with my friend Jess and some other fellas. I've always liked singing karaoke so the night I met her I was there doing my own thing, which was singing the songs I loved by Luther Vandross and other artists. I noticed she and her friends were being bugged by this guy that loved to try and pick up women on a regular basis by buying them drinks and talking their ears off all night. 

What I told Charna that made me notice her besides the dude that was bugging she and her friends was the light pink shirt and shoes she was wearing cause I never seen a lady wear that kinda outfit...Lol, but really it was how cute she was and her shape that I noticed when she stood up. Plus I knew she wasn't a regular and found her personality attractive so I figured I would ask her out. 14 years later here we are...
