The Hard Rock Hotel is located in the hotel zone of Cancun.  It is an all-inclusive resort. Rooms, Food, Beverages, Alcohol and Ground Transportation to and from the airport is included.

Rooms are all booked!! 

Rooms have all been booked based on the dates guests had given when RSVP's were sent.  Based on flight schedules we are able to adjust the dates, but the rates may change based on the number of days you plan on travelling and what the dates of travel are.  If this is a concern please double check with us on the rates before booking airfare. 

If you have not rsvpd or confirmed a room with us, there is still time to do so.  Please let us know if you plan on attending and we will do our best to book your room although pricing may have changed.

Please refer to the payment page on this site for room payment options. Since all rooms have been paid for in advance we are requesting all rooms be paid by August 30th. 

Through our vacation club, room rates are based on 2 Adults per Room (unless otherwise noted) All-Inclusive for 7 Nights, 8 Days. Flight is not included in pricing and should be booked separately.   If you would like to book more or less nights let us know and we can arrange this for you and get accurate pricing on an individual basis.  The nightly rate may change as we get a larger discount on week blocks. 

The room rates are good up until December 23^rd.  After the 23rd the rates will be slightly higher due to the holiday.  

As soon as your airfare is booked, please confirm what dates you will be coming so that your reservation is accurate.

If you are booking through our vacation club we will make the reservations for you and pay for it up front as all rooms with need to be booked under one reservation.  We need to do this by June 15th, 2016.

Cancellation Policy assessed by the hotel.  This has changed since we are booking so many rooms. 

If you need to cancel your reservation consider the following cancellation policy: 

 - More than 30 days in advance of check in $100 will be charged as penalty.  

 - 30 days or less, a refund will be given less $600 will be charged as penalty.

 - In case of a no show a $600 USD will be charged as penalty.
